1. How did you first hear about us?
We first heard about Queensway Orthodontics through friends who had positive experiences with Invisalign and recommended it to us.

2. What motivated you to go ahead with orthodontic treatment for your child?
Grace was unhappy with her smile and expressed her concerns to us. After researching options, we discovered Invisalign First could be a solution. We discussed it as a family, booked an initial video consultation, and decided to move forward from there.

3. How did you imagine your child’s smile would look?

5. Did your child find treatment comfortable?
Yes, initially it took Grace a couple of days to get used to removing the aligners, but she quickly got the hang of it and found the treatment comfortable.

6. How did your child find using Dental Monitoring?
Dental Monitoring made the process incredibly easy. Instead of attending frequent appointments, we could upload scans using the Dental Monitoring app. The app was simple to use, and the direct messaging feature was invaluable—any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally.

7. What difference has the treatment made to your child?
Grace’s confidence has soared. She’s now proud of her teeth and smiles more often—it's wonderful to see.

Her confidence has definitely grown since starting treatment.
