We recently had the joy of celebrating the beautiful new Queensway smiles of sisters Vanessa and Rhianna, each with their unique journey to confidence. Vanessa chose ceramic and metal braces for her transformation, while Rhianna opted for fixed metal braces. We couldn’t wait to invite the sisters back for a photoshoot, showcasing not just their new Queensway smiles but their newfound confidence too!

Align Technology has launched the iTero Lumina scanner, and we’re thrilled to announce its arrival at Queensway Orthodontics. This cutting-edge scanner will revolutionise your appointment experiences with faster, more comfortable, and precise dental scans.

Dr. Guy Deeming and our Training Coordinator Michelle were at the forefront, attending and speaking at the London launch. Their involvement highlights our commitment to bringing the latest dental innovations directly to you.

This month, the Queensway Orthodontics team embarked on a Walking Challenge! Aimed at boosting team morale, promoting fitness, and supporting our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Better Health initiatives, this challenge brought us closer as a team and to our fitness goals!

Our staff laced up their walking shoes to achieve daily goals of 8-10k steps. Whether it was a brisk walk during lunch breaks or adventurous hikes on weekends, every step taken was a step towards better health and well-being.

Under the guidance of our CSR Lead, Amy, we kept track of our progress, sharing milestones and encouraging each other every step of the way. The highest walkers average was 18,520 steps, we think this is pretty amazing!

It’s initiatives like these that remind us the importance of staying active for our physical and mental health.

Please note, our current NHS waiting times from assessment to treatment are as below. We keep our waiting times to a minimum wherever possible, and we promise we’re worth the wait.

Billingham/Yarm/Stockton: 9-12 months | Bishop Auckland 12-16 months

Consett 18-24 months | Darlington 16-18 months
